Customer certifies that all specimens were leagally taken under the appropriate laws of the State, Providence or County in which it was taken. |

A 50% Deposit is required at the time of drop off. Depsoit is non refundable and considered handling, shop, prep and storage fees. No mount will be started until deposit is paid. |

|
8.25% state sales taxes is added to full price of mount. |
| |
|
Any panels, plaques, pedestals, bases and habitat cost extra. |
| |
|
Open mouths on mount cost extra. Price is based on species of mount. |
| |
|
Half lifesize cost 75% of lifsize mount. |
| |
|
ALL TANNING IS DONE AT OWNER' RISK. We are not responcible for loss or damage in tanning or transit. We are not responsible for losses do to fire, thieft, vandalism, natural disasters or mechanical failure. |

|
Full balance is due within 30days of completion. Phone call and/or letter will be sent at time of completion. |
| |
|
If not paid in full after 30 days a $10 a week storage fee will be added to every mount, unless prior arrangments have been made. |
| |
|
Any mount in our possession without deposit withing 60 days becomes our property. |
| |
|
After 90 days of completion mount will be sold for balance due. No mount leaves until paid in full. |
| |
|
Rush orders will be accepted for an additional 50% of list price and must be prepaid in full. |
| |
|
Please note you have not been promised a completion date. Any completion date you have been given is approximate. All mounts will be finished in one year, most finished in six months. |

|
We reserve the right to make any resonable changes / substitutions in order to complete your mount. You will be notified if it causes any changes to the price before any changes are made. |
| |
|
You will be responsible for charges for any services rendered if you pick up your mount before completion. |
